Returns

Purchasing something as tactile as ceramics online is a leap of faith. If you find you don’t love what you’ve chosen, simply contact me by email within three days of receiving your purchase for a full refund minus original shipping costs. Product must be in its original condition. Return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer. I will happily refund your money upon receipt of the product in its original condition.

Shipping Damage

I ship USPS Priority Mail with tracking and insurance. I try to ship within 1-2 business days.

Wanna swing by and pick up your pot in person? Select “In-Studio Pick Up” at check out and contact me to schedule.

Was your purchase damaged in shipping? Please send me a picture immediately so that I can file a claim and work to replace it. Pieces broken in transit will only be replaced if you contact me immediately upon receipt of the item.


Packaging

I reuse shipping supplies whenever possible. It may not be pristine, but it will be safe, secure, easier on the earth AND on your wallet. Your pot will be securely wrapped within an inch of its life with bubble wrap. Don’t be dismayed! I am fortunate to have a cute little Irish store at the end of my block, and Cecelia saves her fresh clean bubble wrap and boxes for me on Fridays. All the bubbles, none of the guilt!
